Patricia Meza

District and Communications Director

Patricia Meza joined our office in September of 2022 as our Community Outreach Specialist, and has continued her role into the 88th Legislative Session. She was born in Dallas and studied International Relations and Government at the University of Texas at Austin. While attaining her degrees, she worked abroad at the Ministry of Public Administration in the Dominican Republic, conducted research at the Clark’s Center for Australian and New Zealand Studies, and interned at the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth. She loves traveling, attending reggaetón concerts, and listening to hours of podcasts.

Maximilian Gannon

Legislative Director

Maximilian Gannon (he/him) joined Team Ramos as a Legislative Aide at the start of the 88th Legislative Session. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Political Science degree focused in Legal Studies. Though he grew up hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, he travelled to Austin to pursue a career in the Texas Legislature. With experience working on statewide and local campaigns, he is excited to bring a fresh perspective and creative insights to the team. Max loves to record music with his piano and practice photography in his spare time.

Jazmin Cuellar

Administrative Aide

Jazmin Celeste Cuellar joined our office October of 2023. She is a Texas Tech graduate with a Bachelors of Science degree focused in Natural Resource Management with a concentration in Conservation of Science. While her time in undergrad, she has worked along side research teams to help gather informational data on the detailed effects of ecology relating to the behavior or biology of native animal or plant species. As she has a science background, she is passionate about political advocacy, has worked in government affairs and helped with different types of local outreach. She wants to bring her diverse skill sets to help support District 102. Jazmin loves to regularly workout, explore nature, paint and try different types of coffee shops to read.

Ella Lambert

Fall Legislative Assistant 

Ella Lambert joined our team as a Legislative Aide this fall. She is a junior at the University of Texas and is pursuing a BS in Youth and Community Studies, with concentrations in Urban Teaching and Education Leadership and Policy. In her free time, Ella provides academic support and tutoring to prospective first-generation college students and is an active member of the Texas Education Policy Club at UT. She also loves to write poetry and watch movies with her friends.
