The Importance of Continued Water Service
On March 23, the Richardson City Council adopted an ordinance taking additional steps to strengthen and extend a Declaration issued on March 18 by Mayor Voelker. While the Declaration is in effect, the City Council authorized City staff to waive water customer service fees such as, late fees, reconnect fees, missed appointment fees and returned check fees.
The City of Richardson has also suspended all water and solid waste cut offs due to nonpayment during this time.
